You may already know Alice who has been working in Stamford for years. Alice's role is to ensure that local people's voices are heard throughout the project. You’ll find her in Stamford, meeting neighbours, local groups and community leaders.
Her role is as much about listening as talking – helping people understand what’s happening at Stamford North, answering questions and making sure local ideas, concerns and opportunities are heard by our development and design teams.
Paul Cutler
Head of Design
Paul leads the design of Stamford North – from how its neighbourhoods fit into the landscape to the character of its streets, homes and public spaces.
A trained architect and specialist in masterplanning and design, Paul’s focus is on creating a place that feels like a natural extension of Stamford: beautiful, well connected and designed to stand the test of time.
Paul Karslake
Project Manager
Paul is responsible for making Stamford North work – its roads, utilities, drainage and other essential elements that sit behind the plans and will link it to the town and surrounding area.
With more than 30 years’ experience across a wide range of sectors, Paul works with our technical teams to make sure Stamford North is practical, resilient, deliverable and safe, now and for the long-term.
Hannah Hull
Development Manager
Hannah coordinates the planning and delivery of Stamford North, working across the team and with our many partners to keep the project aligned and efficient.
Her background is in delivering large, mixed-use developments. At Stamford North, she is turning the overall vision into the detailed plans needed to create new homes, community facilities, green spaces, sports facilities, roads and more.
Sam Bunniss
Assistant Development Manager
Sam works across the day-to-day development of Stamford North alongside Hannah.
With a background in land, development and project management, he works closely with the wider team and our consultants to tackle the practical details behind delivering a new neighbourhood.
