A beautiful, sustainable, planned extension to Stamford

Stamford North is a planned new extension to Stamford, located in a small valley directly to the north of the existing town. The site covers an area of 184 acres (equivalent to about 140 football pitches), almost all of which is currently arable farmland. It is connected by road to the centre of Stamford by Ryhall Road and Little Casterton Road, and to the A1 to Peterborough and, further afield, Cambridge. It will become home to about 1,350 households, neighbouring the northern edge of the existing town.

Stamford North is a community-led development. We care passionately about it becoming a cherished part of the town, with many benefits to existing residents from the new health centre, shops and sports facilities to its parks and open spaces.

We have now submitted our final documents for the outline planning application, marking a significant milestone in our journey.

Importantly, the consultation doesn’t stop here. We would love to chat – please let us know when would suit you on the form below.

We are also running a survey to help us understand what matters most to you as Stamford North comes to life. Here's a link to take you there.
