Section 5 - How homes look and feel

Stamford North will include a range of homes - terraces, semi-detached, detached homes and apartments. The Design Code will help shape work alongside streets and green spaces.

Whilst Stamford is often associated with its historic town centre, different parts of Stamford reflect different periods of development, from the historic core through to more recent neighbourhoods.

As Stamford North develops, we want to understand what people value most about the places they live and spend time in, and what helps somewhere feel like it belongs in Stamford.
